Do You Need Breast Implants to Compete in a Physique Competition?
In this two-minute video, I cover one of the most popular questions I hear over and over.
Do I need to get breast implants to compete?
Although I hear this question from both Figure and Bikini Competitors alike its the Bikini Competitors that are most concern about the decision.
I cover not only this very popular question in the video but also provide a very effective alternative to breast implants that will provide all the fullness up top you desire.

Oh goodness! I am a natural B cup, and I am proud of them.I would never think of getting implants. If I feel I need a little on top for whatever suit I’m wearing, I use inserts. But personally, I do not believe it’s necessary to get it done. But if you go down the road make sure it is a reputable doctor doing the procedure….do NOT try to save some money and time by accepting less than the best. I know of one girl who had it done early in my career, and there was an enormous infection after the procedue.Yikes!
I completely agree, it really is a personal choice. And if you are going to go down that road by all means find the best surgeon available.
This has been on my mind a lot recently. So glad that it’s not necessary in this industry to be successful. It becomes the “norm” and easy to get sucked in when everyone you see has them. Thank you for this video!
You are very welcome Hanna I am glad it cleared things up for you.:)
